We retain the right to decline orders in instances where product information is published incorrectly, including prices and promotions.
Costs and delivery time depend on the region and delivery method, more precise information about the delivery will be provided during the order process. All orders are shipped within 2 business days of receiving payment (provided that the product ordered is in the manufacturer's warehouse). If the country to which your order is delivered is located outside the European Union, you will have to cover all extra costs for its customs clearance. These charges are beyond our control, and we cannot foresee what they will be. Customs policies vary significantly from country to country. Therefore, in order to receive more detailed information, please contact your local customs office.
We use the DPD courier service and are not responsible for any possible delays on the part of this company.
Any purchased product can be returned within 14 days of the purchase date. The product must be in good condition (undamaged), with no signs of use. When we receive the returned goods, provided that the goods are in good condition, we will refund the value of the goods. The compensation will be transferred within 10 business days. Shipping costs for returns of unwanted items are non-refundable. Likewise, the shipping costs of your original order (if any) will not be refunded.
